WEARING WHITE - SENSATION 2013

I am incredibly excited to parter with Sensation, one of the most spectacular dance and music shows in the world, coming to MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on October 5th! The show is going to be absolutely spectacular, filled with amazing visual theatrics and showcasing the best DJ talent, I can't wait to dance the night away! Oh, and I love Sensation's signature all-white dress code, hence, the head-to-toe white look I'm sporting in this post:)

FITTED FLORAL

Just got this dress, and simply couldn't wait to take it for a walk. You know how it is with new, cute things :) Since Emil and I had dinner plans, I though it would be the perfect opportunity to dress up a bit. For me, this dress is a perfect example of sexy and classic. Love the way long sleeves and high neckline balance out the sexy front slit and dramatic floral print. Definitely one of my favorite dresses at the moment! 

In other news, I just found out my mom and brother are flying in from Toronto for my B-Day, which is coming up just at the end of the month! As I mentioned before, my family lives in Canada and I don't get to see them nearly as much as I would like. So, every visit is super special to me! Based on the number of recent appearances (see here & here), I guess it's pretty obvious I am a little obsessed with this peplum from Torn by Ronny Kobo. Aside from my weakness for white & cream tops and peplum in general, I love how versatile it is. It really isn't easy to find something that looks equally great with casual and tailored pieces, but in my opinion this one definitely does. 

Today's look is all about playing with volume and of course the black and white color combo. Yet, I simply couldn't resist adding a bit of red via accessories to complete this look. For me, combining red with black & white helps to freshen and brighten things up a bit! How about you guys, how do you like to wear black and white?
